Raging Thunder to Sagana
Tana River - A short yet fun run that includes a great set of waterfalls right at the Put In. Raging Thunder has 3 or 4 drop in around the 10' range that drop into a HUGE pool. You can easily lap them, and are great for working on waterfall running technique.
Right after that there is Dogs Back which is a straight forward Class III/III+ wave train, that is pretty darn fun at higher flows. After that it is pretty straight forward paddling to the takeout at the bridge.
Lower Tana
Tana - A great class IV section, lots of fantastic, high quality Class IV whitewater. The hardest rapids are the first one below the dam and the last one before the bridge. Keep your eye out for siphons between the boulders on this run
