Upper Tana (Gorge)
Tana - A steep committing section. Some big rapids and drops. Some big portages around Siphons. After a big hard day with some awesome white water. This is your river.
Gura
Gura - A great continues class II run. Great for beginners as the river is straight forward. Great in canoes as well.
Lower Gura
Gura - The river picks up quit considerably from the Upper take out bridge. More of a pool drop section with some nice rapids. If people have had a good day on the upper section, are not feeling tired and want to step it up. This is a good short section. Once you enter the Tana river the volume increased drastically and you have a couple of hard bur unable rapids before you get to the take out.
Ragati Slides
Ragati River - A very steep section of slides and drops. Extremely low volume.
Lower
Ragati - A good beginners section. It starts of easily and the gets harder in the middle section before easing up again. Super low volume and a great introduction to running small slides.
