Paddling on the St Lawrence River

St Lawrence River - This course is for paddle sports only. On windy days it can be very difficult to swim upstream. If the waves of sea-doos or boats bother you, it is better to avoid or go when less crowded. It is recommended to do the trip clockwise to avoid paddling against the current. The river is calm on one side of the Island and there is more action on the other side. A beautiful beach on the end of the Island overlooking Lac Saint-Louis, also giving access to visit the Island and all its beautiful nature.
