Paddling on the Riviere De La Petite Nation

Riviere de la Petite Nation - Great half day trip that can be run almost all season long. Two class 3/4 canyon sections with multiple class 1/2 rapids in-between. Water levels affect class difficulty. High water can be class 4 canyons, low water class 2. River starts with canyon that can be portage on river right. Be wary of wood build up in spring as there can be strainers in this location and it comes up quickly! The first 2 small sets leading into the first canyon cannot be scouted (Do not use private property on river right)
