Paddling on the Mayatan Lake

Mayatan Lake - Previously a prolific lake for angling. But seems to have really slowed down. Great easy access launch area with ample parking. 2 portions of lake connected by shallow, clear narrows! Protected in valley with tall trees, so limited wind trouble. Great paddling lake with several shoreline points to get off and stretch you legs. Abundant wildlife to watch, and hopefully the fishing will come back too!
