Trips and Routes

Gates of Lodore
Green River - This is a multi-day trip in Dinosaur National Monument. A permit is required to do this trip that are awarded annually by lottery. The put-in is in Colorado (Gates of Lodore campground) and you take out in Utah, (Split Mountain Campground). It's usually done in 4 days .
Labyrinth Canyon and Stillwater Canyon (Ruby Ranch to Confluence/Spanish Bottom)
Green River - Multi-day wilderness trip through Canyonlands National Park with amazing hiking and campsites with gorgeous views. The water levels can vary and we have never encountered any features that are above a class II on this section. Campsites are beautiful but access can be a bit challenging. Depending on water level, the sand bars can make for easy access but be aware of the weather/wind. I would recommend no less than 12 days so you can take advantage of all the hiking opportunities. Don't miss out hiking out around Turk's Head and The Doll House just to name a couple.
