Paddling on the Fenwick Creek

Fenwick Creek - Cool canyon run with quite a bit of wood hazard, most of which can be paddled over or around, however there are a few larger log jams that can be tricky to portage. All drops are must run, the crux is a double drop with a 10ft boof into a slide with two nasty pockets on the river right side. run the spout you can see from the top with slight left momentum for the best line. its not the most stacked run with only two notable rapids and a third below the takeout that you can hike down and run if you wish but it makes for an adventure. there's an unrunnable waterfall just below the takeout as well that's visible from the road.
