Paddling on the Bedwell River

Bedwell River - The Bedwell River is a remote river located in Stathcona Park on Vancouver Island. From the headwaters in the park, the river flows west to Bedwell Sounds on Vancouver Islands West Coast. The river is a mixture of class I to class VI, and with enough effort, every rapid is theoretically portageable. From the inlet, it is necessary to have a boat return you to civilization.
