Event Description
This program will introduce youth and parents to the basic safety considerations needed for canoe paddling. This will involve learning to enter these boats, the basic gear required, tipping and self rescues, and if time allows an intro' to the basic strokes.
This course is limited to 4 families . A family is considered
1 adult and 1 child
1 adult and 2 children
2 adults and 1 child.
Children should be between 4 and 17
